Corporate Member
Local or overseas firms, whether private or public companies authorised by government, embarking on actual façade-related work including studies, design, production, installation, commissioning and testing, or producing associated equipment, materials and promotion.
The basic requirements and conditions for corporate membership:
Curtain wall/façade company:
- Must be a Hong Kong-registered company with ISO-authorised quality and annual turnover of more than HK$30 million.
Window and door company:
- Must be a Hong Kong-registered company with ISO-authorised quality and annual turnover of more than HK$10 million.
Consultant company:
- Must be a Hong Kong-registered company with a good reputation in the industry and employing more than 10 staff.
Design company:
- Must be a Hong Kong-registered company with a good reputation in the industry and employing more than 10 staff.
Construction company:
- Must have ISO-authorised quality and annual turnover of more than HK$30 million.
Commissioning company:
- Authorised by the Hong Kong Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (HOKLAS) or similar.
Installation subcontractor:
- Must be a Hong Kong-registered company with more than HK$3 million in annual turnover, without bad records such as delaying employees’ salaries and breaking contracts.
Materials suppliers and equipment providers:
- Must have with ISO-authorised quality and annual turnover above HK$3 million.
